Well I was sittin’ at home, feeling all alone so I reckoned on a 6-pack of beer. When I got back in nothing flat, all of them beers disappeared.

Then one night I come home from my job, workin’ up a powerful thirst. Went to the corner to get a 6-pack, thinking I couldnʼt feel no worse. I guzzled down the 6, then went back for a bottle of Beck’s. I woke up in the morning with my head a poundin’, called the boss and said that I felt sick. Ughhh!

Suckin’ down 6-packs, let me tell ya ‘bout the drawbacks. You’ll get drunk in the middle of the week, when you never intended to. Suckin’ down 6-packs, let me tell ya ‘bout the natural facts. One’s too many and a thousands not enough, let me tell ya boys it’s true.

Now I ain’t so old but I ain’t that young, and I still like to drink my beer. But heaven knows if I don’t cut back, I do believe my time is near. So I told myself today that I wasn’t gonna drink no beer. But I’ll be damned if I didn’t get drunk on a 6 of that bad Rainier.
